Behind the Brand
Our Story
Dental Revenue Guard began from first-hand experience in the dental front office. While managing a full-time practice, I saw how small changes in systems could transform not only collections but also patient trust and growth. Word spread, and soon other practices asked for help implementing the same strategies.
What started as helping a few offices on my days off grew into a calling — to partner with practices that want to run smarter, collect more, and give their patients the confidence to refer others. Today, DRG brings together seasoned dental professionals with the same vision: protect revenue, empower teams, and help practices thrive.
Meet Our Founder
Berenice Martinez – Founder & Revenue Cycle Specialist
I’ve been part of the dental field since 2005, serving in roles such as receptionist, dental assistant, treatment coordinator, and office manager. Over the years, I discovered that while every office is unique, the challenges are often the same: piles of pending insurance claims, hours wasted on hold, and teams stretched too thin to give patients the attention they deserve.
In my vision of the perfect practice, teams spend more time smiling with patients and less time buried in paperwork. I want offices to feel confident knowing that behind the scenes — from insurance verification to payment posting — their revenue cycle is being managed by focused professionals. Earning a practice’s trust is an honor I don’t take lightly.
In 2013, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in accounting and finance. That foundation, combined with hands-on experience, inspired me to create solutions that help dental offices work smarter, not harder.
Outside of work, my greatest inspiration is my son, who motivates me to grow and improve every day. In my free time, I love spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the beauty of nature.
